Murray Park Pavilion 4
📍 Location: Murray Park – Pavilion 4
📅 Date: Saturday, April 25th
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM
Come join us for a structured group training session focused on building reliable obedience around real-life distractions 🙌
In this class, we’ll be working on:
Place (sending to bed + duration work)
Heel position & engagement
Down stays & impulse control
General obedience around other dogs + people
One of the biggest challenges in training is getting your dog to listen around distractions — and this is the perfect opportunity to practice in a controlled, supportive environment.
Murray Park is also a great setting because we’ll naturally have dogs and people passing by on the trails, giving us real-world exposure while still maintaining structure. The goal is a productive, focused session that leaves your dog mentally fulfilled (and tired for the rest of the day 😉).
🦴 What to Bring
Please come prepared with:
Long line
Regular leash (6 feet or shorter)
Food/rewards
Water for your dog
I will provide place beds — just make sure your other equipment is ready to go!
⚠️ Class Expectations (Please Read)
To keep this safe and productive for everyone:
Maintain space between dogs at all times
No on-leash greetings
Be mindful that every dog is working through something different
Not every dog is comfortable with close proximity — and that includes us as humans. Give each team the space they need to succeed.
✅ RSVP Required
Please RSVP no later than April 24th so I can plan accordingly and know who to expect.
